Week 3 Update

Oh god, another crappy week. When will it end and just get easier?! Since I was traveling Monday I missed my workout, but did a workout on Tuesday. Wednesday I ran, then took Thursday and Friday off because I was sick. Still am just in recovery mode, I have been chugging EmergenC. My Saturday run was not as I had hoped. Seriously I am hoping the next week goes better. I am determined to make it go better.
